This is my story about my fight against Malignant Metastatic Melanoma stage 3c. I am 35 years old, married with a beautiful son born in March 2009.

I am hoping by writing down my thoughts and fears it will help me get through this and help others understand what having Malignant Metastatic Melanoma is all about.

During my writing I may recommend a few books and articles that I personally may have found helpful. However what suits you may be totally different so please dont take my word for it as I’m just a patient.

Thank you for taking the time to read it and remember to stay strong and be positive and on the bad days have a good old scream too. Its great to let all that steam out and then start all over again.. there’s nothing more dangerous than a walking time bomb..ask my husband.. 🙂

Since I started writing this blog I was diagnosed with 10 brain tumours in January 2011 which have started to progress to my skull.  This is a very scary prognosis and I am currently on a race to get to Germany to get treatment.
